Booking on the site was really easy, and I liked that the prices and dates were laid out clearly so I didn’t feel like I was risking any surprise charges or missing a better option. The check-in staff were friendly, but the wait was longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating since I hate losing vacation time just standing around. Still, overall it was a good start to the trip

I stayed here for a weekend and, i kind of wanted to like it more than I did. The resort looked fun when we first got there, but once we settled in, a few things started to stand out. Our patio door was sticky, the bathroom handle felt loose, and the hallway carpet looked worn down.

The pool area was okay, but some of the chairs were broken in spots, which was a little disappointing. The staff were nice, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but for what we paid, I guess I just expected the place to feel better maintained

The drinks were good, but the food was kind of meh. I feel like places like this always nail the drinks and then the food ends up being nothing special. Not bad, just not something I’d go out of my way for.

I’d say it’s worth the money overall. It feels like they probably kept costs down without cutting too many corners, though I can’t say for sure. For the price, I’m happy with it

The pools were really nice and the beach setup was great, so we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. The gym was decent enough for a quick workout. Food options were okay, but they got busy at peak times. My main annoyance was that communication wasn’t always clear, so we had to keep asking around to figure out what was going on.

I stayed here hoping for a laid-back pool and beach getaway, but it didn’t really end up being that relaxing. The pool was crowded most days, and unless you got out there early, finding chairs was a hassle. The beach was okay and had a nice view, but it wasn’t as clean as I expected, and there was quite a bit of seaweed around. The staff were fine and I didn’t have any major issues with service, but overall the pool and beach setup just didn’t feel worth the price to me. Personally, I’d probably look somewhere else next time if I wanted a true beach resort experience.

This place was exactly what we needed. The location made it easy to get pretty much everywhere, and coming and going was simple with zero hassle. No complaints at all.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the bathroom looked fresh. The sheets smelled nice too, which is always a relief. I did spot a bit of dust around the TV stand, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it was a good stay.

At night, we usually wandered over to check out the live music, and that ended up being one of our favorite parts. It had a fun, upbeat vibe without being so loud that you couldn’t talk or enjoy the evening. The only small downside was that a few events didn’t start on time, which was a little annoying when we were waiting around. Still, overall, it was a really fun stay and we’d definitely look back on it as a good time...

We had a really easy family day here. The kids had a great time, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely a great place to go when you want something fun and low-stress with the family.

In my experience, the bed felt soft and comfortable enough, and the room stayed mostly quiet while I was there. I ended up sleeping well all weekend, so overall it worked out nicely for me.

But when I needed help and called customer service twice, the responses felt rude and I didn’t really get any useful answers. It was disappointing because the service started off fine, but the support experience really left a bad impression...
